Title: Bi-Lingual Receptionist
General Introduction: A successful candidate will be the "face" of the staff by pleasantly greeting all visitors to the office and directing them to the personnel best suited to meet their needs. In fielding calls, the candidate will be prompt in responding to all queries and direct the calls appropriately.
Scope: The receptionist must be bi-lingual in English and Spanish. The candidate must be able to act as interpreter using correct grammar and translate documents for staff as necessary with correct grammar, spelling and punctuation in a timely manner.
Accurate messaging is a must. The receptionist will be responsible for scheduling appointments for the Priest Administer/Pastor.
